I have not had a good experience with Afterwards We Care. If you are being hired, they loose your paperwork. If you are working there, you are treated badly. The owner is into power and control. He has poor communciation skills and doesn't remember from one time to the next what he has said to people. The pay for the in home workers and the management staff is poor, poor, poor. I wouldn't recommend anybody working there or for this company.
