I visited Porter Orthodontics for the first time today. It was my first visit to any orthodontist since 2014 when my previous orthodontist, the venerable Thomas Kiebach, passed away. I asked for my lower fixed retainer, which recently broke, to be removed (I will have my dentist make a removable nightguard instead). I arrived for my appointment early. My entire visit, not counting time spent in the waiting room, was 10-15 minutes, and the cost was $90 for the removal of that fixed retainer. I appreciate their professional, fast service, and reasonable price. Would definitely consider them again.
