Mat Quest Yoga & Wellness exists to bring yoga and wellness educaiton to people where they are. We will come to where your group meets; work places, churches, homes, community centers; virtually anywhere we can unroll the mats. We offer monthly specials and ALWAYS offer the first yoga class for FREE. You can try us out and decide whether we are a fit for your needs. We also offer Private Instruction and Therapeutic Yoga for individuals and groups.
