If you are a local Miami resident, I would not recommend Pam's alteration. I had a second wedding dress and she did not complete the job as agreed and paid for. My dress had a bulge on the side after my first fitting, she said she would fix the bulge she created. She left back to the state she resides in without checking that the final alterations were correct and left my dress to pick up from a relative. I was not able to use my second dress in my wedding as planned.
