The manager "Matt" at Cracked Wireless really impressed me. Last Friday evening I went in to purchase a used Iphone 5S for my son. After experiencing a problem setting it up due to the former phone owners account with my wireless carrier in the same mall. I called Cracked Wireless and complained. Matt showed up within minutes and tried to remedy the situation by attempting to contact the former phone owner, when that failed Matt asked how much a brand new phone was from them, he promptly pulled out his credit card and said to me "Your son will have a phone tonight, I'm gonna make this right" The additional amount he paid for the new phone was substantial I could not say thank you enough. Never before has a store owner or manager ever offered to do anything more than give an excuse or suggest exchanging for a similar item. My teen age son was so impressed he came in the next morning to thank him personally. I'll definitely be going to Cracked Wireless for accessories and spreading my experience with my friends as well. Also I'd like to put a plug in for his staff. Those two ladies really know and believe in their products. My experience was better than excellent. I can't speak for everyone but Matt at Cracked Wireless went above and beyond for me.
