Manufacturer of spiral paper cores, recutting of paper cores, slitting and rewinding

CORE 3, LLC, has upgraded the first of three complete spiral paper core manufacturing lines. When all three are completely uograded, we will be able to manufacture cores up to 18" ID X 0.500 walls. We have three of four recutters in operation and can recut as low as 10 MM widths on cores up to 16" ID. We currently have print capability and will emboss in the near future. CORE 3, LLC, also has 75 and 44" width rewinders to slit into narrow widths.
