I'm not inclined to write reviews online, but after my transformative experience with Back to Balance, I really want to share my experience. Need an awesome dietician? You found her! After 3 years of going on and off fad diets, on my last birthday I decided to meet with someone to discuss chaning my eating habits for good. Meeting with Laura is like meeting with my close girlfriend -- she listens, is empathetic to my challenges (I have an on--the-road, busy job), and gives non-intimidating constructive feedback. Laura even helped me go shopping by taking me on what she called "hands-on education" at the local Publix -- Laura helped me establish and maintain a healthy food plan and showed me cost-effective ways to eat healthy. I've been using Laura's services since July 2011 and love that her services have improved my way of living.
