Yolanda J. Ash of Supreme Cleaning charged me an enormous $365 for a move-in clean for my 700 sq ft condo. She came highly recommended by Tom Schmitt at CVA Realty and my condo association. For that money, I expected that she would have spent AT LEAST an hour and a half in the kitchen alone – thoroughly cleaning the cabinets, fridge and oven. Instead, she spent 45 minutes cleaning the entire condo, all the while neglecting MANY areas that were clearly dirty. The floor in my coat closet was untouched and filthy, the fan in my bedroom was untouched, the fridge had dust on top of it, the microwave had food, the floors were streaked and that’s just a few of the items I noticed after she left. When I texted her asking when she was coming back (because I couldn’t believe what I saw), she texted back to say she was finished! It took repeated phone calls and finally involving her friend in the HOA office to get a hold of her. She did come back, only to do the items we pointed out. Still, no thorough clean – only about an hour and a half of work – and nowhere near what I expected for that kind of money. Since the second visit, I found dust on the vanity in the bathroom, dust on the ceiling in the bedroom and living room, dust and other debris in the refrigerator. I just feel violated
