This is company that should be shut down this guy was so rude to me when i went to check out his apartment on salmon he almost didnt give me a choice to rent it or not i felt really pressured and when i got rude back and said no i think it need quite a bit of work before its livable he got really mad and threated to sue me for wasting his time looks to me like he has a record of make the same mistakes saw this site the only one I could find with there name so i dont even think its a actual company :/ i almost felt pressure to do this whatever you do do not let him force you you have rights he cannot sue you and if he did he has no grounds to do so NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

This Company is by far the worst company I have ever come across to rent from its smells like a pound in the apartment looks like not a dog but a human just ripped out there junk and pissed on the floor I took pictures before I moved in because hes said he was gonna sue me for wasting his time Wish I could post them for you to see alot alot of mold in there salmon units in redmond wood rot really bad mike was so rude when I told him I couldent move in without it properly cleaned he once again threatened to sue me told me that im gonna get in alot of trouble for taking pictures because I was treapassing but I had the keys for like not even 24 hours and he was already talking about sueing me when I hadent even moved in the unit yet landlords who do this to people its a scare tatic so for his sake I hope he does sue me because ill get some money out of it this was ridulciouas very bad landlord NOT RECOMENDED

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY VERY BAD LOTS OF RED FLAGS I WENT WITH MY 70 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER AND THEY TRYED LOCKING HER IN A LEASE AND SHE DIDNT EVEN MOVE IN SHE CHANGED HER MIND BECUASE ALL THE MILDEW AND WOOD ROT AND THEN THEY SAID THERE GONNA SUE US FOR CHANGING OUR MIND 2 HOURS LATER FOR YOUR SAKE I WOULD NEVER MOVE HERE OR ANY PROPERTY HE OR SHE TRYS TO GET YOU INTO FLAKY AND WILL NOT DO THE WORK FITHY I HAVE PICTURES OF THIS PROPERTY AND IM GONNA CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT MOLD IN WALLS AND EVERYTHING BE CAREFULL PEOPLE THET ARE NOT LIGET!
