Manufacturer of fine hot sauces We are an Indiana company producing hot sauces from natural locally grown peppers. Choose from Mean Mr. Mustard, a Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce with hints of mustard, Caribbean Dream, a Cayenne pepper sauce with island jerk seasonings, Sweet Orange Oblivion, a Habanero sauce with Indiana honey, or Smokin' Hot Double D, a Cayenne pepper sauce with two different type of smoked peppers. We smoke the peppers ourselves with Indiana apple wood. We will also make some small run seasonal sauces throughout the year.
