Our Olive Oils are grown and pressed by small artisans and framers from around the world, our balsamic Vinegars are harvested in Modena,Italy, imported to our store and both are bottled on premies on a taste first,bottle to order basis. Our Olive Oils are100% Extra Virgin,unfiltered. Our Balsamic Vinegars produced in the traditional Modena style are aged in wood barrels for up to 18 years.
