We work with athletes of all ages. Coach JoVanka Ward facilitates the Team Building, Leadership and Personality Awareness Training component of VALA. The goals of these seminars are to address issues of cohesiveness and team unity by helping team members understand others by understanding themselves. These seminars are for middle and high school sports teams and AAU Organizations, as well as college athletic teams and coaches looking to further understand group dynamics and enhance their teams' overall development.
