We are Certified Mobility Counselors, and are available to team up with Individual Homeowners, Family Members, Facility Managers, Occupational Therapists, Discharge Planners and Social Workers to perform home safety evaluations, establish some project priorities and a scheduling time frame to complete the modifications necessary to allow people to remain in their homes.
