We are a local Idaho family owned and operated business with over 50 years of combined meat cutting experience. Owner, Dave Aldape, along with son-in-law, Tim Crogh, take pride in cutting meat to each customers specifications. Each animal is processed one at a time and meat is never mixed or combined. You get back the meat you bring in. We also don't limit our customers to bundles, so you get it cut the way you like it. These guys know how to do it right! I hunt several head each year as far away as Alaska and I bring my meat to Dave and his family every time. You won't be sorry if you use these guys.

I highly recommend Aldape's Meat Shop. I have been taking my wild game to Dave and the crew since I was a kid first learning to hunt. I like that their wide selection allows me to pick and chose what assorted cuts I get back on my game. They do it all, and getting back the same animal you take in is a refreshing perk I haven't seen in to many other game shops. If you get an animal, go see them! L.Bates
