Mr. Brown was professional and efficient. Everything was explained so I could understand. Mr. Brown took care of me like a family member.
I had recently lost my husband of thirty years and have never experienced anything like this. Mr. Brown and his assistant Mr. Bowen took over and finished the process. They were available to me day or night with any questions or concerns about the process. They were also concerned about my personal health.
Mr. Brown also handed the all the forms that the insurance company needed. The were very detailed and listed everything, I mean everything that I owned! Mr. Brown gave me a notebook with every form that I signed, pictures, inspections approvals. before and after my claim.
I would highly recommend All Claims Adjusting. They truly live up to their name. They take care of all the process from the beginning to the very end.
