Classes-only gym which provides a different workout every day, led by trainers instructing clients in Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics & cardio. Each class is instructed by one or multiple trainers who teach weightlifting skills as well as gymnastic and metabolic conditioning. These three methods of exercise are often combined into intense workouts that result in muscle confusion, allowing for efficient gains in strength, stamina, speed, flexibility and other general physical preparedness traits. Classes are performed in a fast-paced yet non-intimidating atmosphere, where clients often are motivated by their fellow gym-goers but mainly compete against their own times and records, logged by the trainers to assist in the pursuit of each client's fitness goals.
