Bad company. Scheduled service over a month ago and they kept a manufacturer provided part for my repair. Now they will not answer my phone calls.

Horrible experience, worst service! Never use this company. Came out 3 hours after the time frame scheduled. Said they ordered a part, have been without washing machine for almost 3 months now! Never answers phone or returns messages. Incompetent and unprofessional business.
Were referred to this repair company through brandsmart warranty!!!!! Big mistake for them hope this account is removed from their warranty servicing.
Bottom line, if you do not know ow to repair something please let the customer know instead of giving the run around for over 2 months!
Only been in business 4years.....don't see many more in your future, maybe thats why you do not return calls you are already possibly out of business!
