Catering and Event Planning

Established and own a small catering business. I specialize in providing customers with food and service for occasions such as weddings, parties, and banquets. Responsibilities that are included are securing new customers, generate menus, cost proposals, and manage customer events. I prepare, cook and serve food in customer kitchens or at banquet halls. I am known to have a Strong working knowledge of off-premise catering with food & beverage and demonstrate to plan successful events.
