A manufacturer/distributor of gourmet falafel dough, our business focuses on quality foods and community outreach. MOHCO, LLC was established for two reasons. The first involves serving the public with a product that is delicious, nutritious and efficient. There is currently no falafel dough in the retail industry, so we are the first to introduce it. The product is guaranteed the finest falafel one will ever taste and is ready to cook. With more than six vitamins/nutrients, this product is both healthy and vegan/vegetarian-friendly. Another important aspect of our mission is our commitment to community. We take pride in providing members of every socioeconomic class with the opportunity to enjoy fine foods. Furthermore, our employment efforts are geared to hiring the disadvantaged and disabled in the community. MOHCO supports both Food Cleveland Cleveland and Slow Food USA.
