Most horrible experience I have ever had! Do not go to Lana Hinkle for your denture needs. They have other places in the area that you can go to. She treated me with extreme disrespect. She was very unprofessional and verbally abusive. Her office wasn't even open yet when I got there for my appointment! She showed up in gym clothes at my scheduled appointment time! That's when she opened the door to her office! And then, she totally ignored me, then came back into the waiting room and said that she had to change clothes before she could see me. When I asked her why her office was not even open when I got there for my appointment, she completely went off on me! She was yelling at me, belittling me for the type of insurance that I had (provider one/Medicaid), making me feel like I was worthless and should not be treated with respect or consideration. She told me to leave if I wasn't happy, yelling at me the entire time! She is a very disrespectful, unprofessional and inconsiderate person and in my opinion should not be allowed to provide services for Medicaid patients. https://www.google.com/#q=low+cost+dental+resources+snohomish+county Copy and paste the link above for other dentists in the area who accept provider one for dentures.
