Post Construction Clean up and Janitorial From the moment that Grace Building Maintenance crew shows up at your job site, you will know you're dealing with professionals. A supervisor is always on site to answer questions and coordinate the crew to make sure the work is completed swiftly. We're available for any phase of construction or to work the project through all phases from rough through final. In the rough stage, we make regular visits to the site at each phase and handle everything from debris removal to cleaning for inspection, including washing interior and exterior window glass, scraping for carpet pad, removing labels and washing fixtures, thorough dusting, cleaning counter tops and sweeping and mopping floor tile.
