I am not sure if the above person is real or not, but I am a real customer of Heidelprint, and I did not have a good experience. My name is Jarred and Let me tell you my story. I found out about Heidelprint via Google. the website looked good, so I got a quote, that looked good for a custom magazine of 200+ pages. I told them my specs, told them my paper preferences and foil treatments etc, and the customer service agent named Yuri confirmed everything would be good and that I could place my order. I paid immediately after the confirmation. Shortly after I submitted payment I was told the paper i wanted ( and paid for ) would not work because the factory was scared it would not hold up. So after some back and forth, i settled on a lighter paper. I thought everything was good. I uploaded my files, and they sent me proofs. So I waited. Then 2 days before the deadline, I got an email that sorry they could not print the size that was confirmed with them, that they confirmed was ok already, that i paid for, and that they already sent me proofs of. So I scrambled to completely resize my magazine as there was no time to go to another printer then. This was during a holiday and I didnt sleep to get it done. It was quite an ordeal. It then went silent for a few days, but Yuri sent me an email saying that he would make sure the factory would do a perfect job so I had nothing to worry about. They promised it would be done in time and that I would hit my big launc

Heidel Print is the worst company to deal with when it comes to printing. The have horrible customer service and do not stand behind their products. Heidel Print is the worst company to deal with when it comes to printing. The have horrible customer service and do not stand behind their products. We were delivered a horrible project they printed and have no recourse as the hide behind the fact that they are an internationally company. I highly recommend staying away from this company at all costs. They are a terrible company the will take your money and deliver a poor project. Then stick you with additional shipping fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've done some personal magazine printing and used heidel print before. I was able to get instant quotes on the magazine i wished to print, and the price was very reasonable compared to the other companies. It's located in South Korea but no worries because the printing company prints and delivers very fast, faster than competing printing companies. It took me 2 days to get my magazines shipped to vancouver, and i was very satisfied with the quality of the printed magazines! For the price i've paid and the results i received from them, i would definitely consider Heidel Print again the next time i nave to print magazines! Excellent pricing, shipping and service.
