Icelandic sheep, cheese, wool, lamb! Chickens, ducks, turkeys, eggs!

Our stars are our Icelandic sheep, who give us beautiful wool, lovely milk for cheese, and wonderful lambs. The pasture clean-up crew are our chickens, ducks, and turkeys, who help keep the pastures clean and healthy for the ewes. We have a few pigs, too, to help dig our gardens and to drink the whey from our cheese. Everyone's strengths come to the fore, to create a thriving ecosystem on the beautiful Coquille River.
