Bought a mining claim from Brandon and haven't heard a word from him. He cashed my check and I haven't seen or heard from him or the paperwork on the claim. HE'S A FRAUD!!

Bought 2 - 80 acre mining claims from Brandon Esposito, but only got filings for 2 - 40 acre claims with other people's names on the filed paperwork at the BLM??? Currently trying to get my $1600 back, but it doesn't look good with all the negative feedbacks on EBAY.

These folks took me for $5000.00. Sold me a mining clain that was owned by another miner who had owned it for 14 years.
When I tried to get hold of Alex and Brandon I was unable to make contact
with then. Sierra county office said I was one of many folks who got sold
a jumped claim.
