Much Mahalo to My Fiance, Mary Dressler, staff and managment at "Aloha Aina Wellness Center!" My name is Keith Cummings and I am blessed ot have gone throught the 10 day cleanse. Words can not begin to express the "POSITIVE!" change in my life today! each day is a new begining? because, I notice the way I responed, react and handle dialy situations differently "TODAY!" (prior to the cleanse) I was as rough edged as they come! friends and family notice a change right away! just by my demeaner, posture, relaxed body language, color! my body language is soft and gental. I am aproachable, warm and welcoming! enough so that I do surprise myself constantly by the way I handle certain situations! I'm at PEACE! and come from a perspective of LOVE today. Mary had asked me several times to do the 10 day cleanse? I rejected the blessing many times? HOWEVER! today I am a believer! and recommend to "ALL" BLESS YOURSELF! by becoming a blessing to those around us we LOVE and care about, by becoming the best that we can be!
