well you do have to pay for the services mr Schmitt you surely do not expect usto give free service for two years. I mean REALLY AND I have know ideal who you are mr Williamson (maybe the compation)

Horrible company - sold us a piece of garbage that never worked. Dodged phone calls unless we used a different number. Then he would claim he will be out but never comes. These people are as shady as they get!!! Run from these jokers - they have a bad track record!

I wouldn't recommend this company if they were giving away copiers. We bought a refurbished printer from them back in May. After they were unable to repair that one they brought us another printer. Gene came to set this printer up himself as we have had so many problems. That printer worked for about three weeks and it started print poorly. We called Gene several times and he never called back. Finally we called him from different phone numbers and he answered immediately as if he was screening his calls. He gave some story about how he was out of town and would be out in the next couple of days. He never came out. We still have this broken printer in our office. This has been going on for months. I called him today from our office no answer, from my cell no answer, finally from a new number he answered immediately. Once again he said he would send someone out. NEVER BUY FROM GENE he's dirty than a used car salesman.
