Oklahoma State Representative Scott Martin serves the people of Oklahoma in House District 46 As an Oklahoma State Representative Scott Martin is working toward making a positive difference in Oklahoma District 46. Scott Martin was born on December 28, 1971, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from Tulsa Memorial High School in 1991 and received his bachelor???s degree in Political Science from The University of Oklahoma in 1995. Martin won election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives from District 46 in 2006 and re-election in 2008.
