I recommend you continue your search for a decent and capable HVAC specialist. The worst customer service I have ever received. They knowingly deceived us, and in very clear language expressed they don't care. It took 6 days to fix my AC, all of which were over 100 degrees. I was promised and gaurunteed several things by the company and owner, none of which meant anything. I ended up finishing the job myself because the tech disappeared before the job was completed or the unit was tested. Please use anyone else in the industry or you will regret it.

My experience with this Company thus far has been anything but good. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone and have absolutely no regard for the fact it is 110 degrees outside. Case in point - they will not voluntarily call in an authorization to a warranty company because they don't have time to do so - the warranty company has to call them?? A technician was out 48 hours ago and as of now, Just Chillin has not even considered ordering the part because they have seven days to resolve the issue - and again, don't have time??? I will be contacting the BBB and advising the warranty company to exclude this Company from their vendor list. I will do anything it takes to ensure this Company goes out of business.

I thought they did a good enough job to get online and give them a good review. Im surprised to see other peoples reviews arent as good as mine. Service as good as they showed at my house looked like habit.
