We had a problem with our furnace and needed the vent replaced. We called the furnace company we had a contract with and they quoted us a price of $1200. The same thing had happened years before, and this same company had done the job for about $700, and since my husband knew the vent itself costs only $290 so he called the owner, and the owner said he would drop the price to $1100. (Um, that's HOW much per hour?) That's when we called Kevin Verrall at Affordable Air. He came out the next day and made the replacement with a higher quality vent than our previous furnace company had given us, and he did it in an hour and a half for $550. We've been using him ever since. He is, without question, the most honest and ethical person I've ever dealt with, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
