The Energy Club is a community health club located in the heart of Shirlington Village in Arlington, VA. Thanks for checking out The Energy Club. Did you know that we're the only independent locally owned health club in the Shirlington community? That's one of the things that make us different than any other gym in the Arlington area. At those big chain gyms, a member is just another body on a machine or in a class. At The Energy Club, our members are people who live in our community - neighbors who are looking for a fitness club where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed and people know their name. Our monthly happy hours and other special events give our members a chance to get to know each other a little better. And if they have kids, they bring them along too.
