I was very dissatisfied, first to many clients to attend to, no timers used, very unorganized. I went in for a frost came out with Blonde Fired Hair. Called Erina the next day, for repair she did a quick fix which at the time I totally miss understood, what she did was wrong. Till I talked to another shop. My hair turned GREEN more and more each day went by. OMG, I told her I had to have a cap used on my head thought she was shampooing my hair the 1st time, but she put bleach in my hair. Not once but twice. That is not a Frosting, WHICH THAT IS WHAT I WENT FOR. Second day an Ash Blonde was put in, looked brown walking out,OK, I WAS HAPPY! I had so many people telling me my hair was greenish, after walking outside I noticed it too.I would not even let her do no more than a trim I was so afraid. I had to go to a different shop which I used forever but was out of my way for repair, I had almost all my hair cut off and a brown permanent color put in, a deep conditioning treatment done thanks to Creative Cuts in Gulfport, Guess it would have been worth the drive I would still have my hair and I would of been happy.
