Horrible. Scott is a liar, without the basic tools or competence to do much of anything. He claims to be able to jet Kadrons, but has no wideband, no jets... Dude lied to me and wasted my time. I guess he wants out of the business, and he's charging top dollar for low quality "work" and gouging, lying, whatever. Dude is going down fast; avoid.
