Dr. Welch is a board certified Family Physician with over 35 years of experience. In his concierge MDVIP practice, patients experience a unique doctor-patient relationship focusing on their health and well being. Benefits include direct availability to Dr. Welch 24 hours a day, minimum half hour unhurried office appointments, annual comprehensive wellness exams, specialized preventive and predictive testing done thru Cleveland Heart Lab, and a number of other tests including In-Body biometric scanning. Dr. Welch obtained his undergraduate and master's degree from Penn State University and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency at Hershey Medical Center and served as Chief Resident in his final year. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
