DO NOT RECOMMEND! Was given a bid in Feb, decided that we would have them be our contractors. They had a third party start the drawings and after I submitted them to the county for permits I begin questioning the contract because they had given us one, but NEVER signed the contract with us. Also the contract was not completed corretly. We refused to start building until there was a contract and on multple occasions the office staff gave us excuses as to why the contract wasn't ready. It's been over 3 months and we started working w/ a new contractor and they STILL haven't tried to contact us.
