Edward Albert Helie is a con artist. He walked with 26K plus to pick-up supplies and never returned. He would state that the items were backordered, only to find out that the material was never ordered. The work that he started had to be redone do to his incompetent workmanship. He would jump from project to project. Look-up Delaware State Courtconnect for numerous lawsuits against him and his company. He claimed bankruptcy to avoid being sued, however, we did report him to the IRS and Delaware Revenue and Edward Helie is now paying an excess of 24K+ in back taxes, fines, and penalties.
