Well, this appears to be the only place for feedback. I am NOT happy with this company. Our condo started using them for trash and recycling a few months ago, and they simply skip our building almost once a week. We pay for trash pickup mon, wed, and fri, and recycling tues and thurs. This week they skipped mon, wed, and thurs. Our management company has contacted them many times, and they offer a refund for days they didn't come, but that's not what we want. We'll be switching away from this company.
