THEFT! Do not use! I hope no one experiences the same upsetting experience that we did. We hired Cida Smith and CS Personaltouch LLC and their first cleaning took items from our home without permission. The owner cida claimed they had all items and would be returning them. She promised whatever they didn’t return that they would replace. 10 days later and they returned junk and kept the valuables. So unprofessional! I was patient and kind to the owner and gave Cida Smith the am entire week to return or replace as promised but she hasn’t done so. I spoke with her to give her another opportunity to rectify situation and she neglected to do so. Do not use unless this unethical company unless you want to be robbed!! So upsetting.
