Jim Erickson was a horrible property manager. He was very unprofessional and only cares about money, not people. Everyone in town warned me about him, and how cheap and sexist he is, but I tried to give him and the house a chance. The house itself was INFESTED with mold. The painters merely painted over it in an attempt to hide it. I had to see medical professionals and was put on multiple prescriptions to try and fix the problems it caused my breathing and health. He argued with me about the presence of mold even after I sent him pictures for proof. He does not care about the tenants, just making a profit. I am SO much safer now that I am not in that house, or under his management.
