I am not very impressed with this company. I had place an order on Jan 6th 2012 and as of today Jan 13th 2012 I have still not received my product. Note that I paid an additional amount to have it delivered in 2-3 days! I have tried 2 numbers and sent numerous emails to Mr. Benjamin Faturos in regards to this matter and have yet to receive a reply of any kind. I had to search on the internet. All I want is the product or my money back. I cant access my account either on the website. It tells me I have the wrong password, but won't send it to me to reset when I request it. he doesn't seem to to care to much about his or customers or his business for that matter. I feel that the "business" is a facade and he is actually running a scam.
