Today was one of the worst days trying to get my car thanks to shay I was able to get my car after they were done releasing cars and waiting for me to finally show up she also drove her car over to give mine a jump start due to my car sitting for a week . Repossessed my car, when I went to get my belongings there was $180 missing, my floor mats were missing and my prescription eye glasses were at the bottom of a garbage bag and broken. My stuff was carelessy shoved into flimsy 13 gallon garbage bags that ripped as I was loading them. The laws in Chapter 62A.9A and Chapter 62A.7 state that all items are to be returned to the owner unless affixed to the vehicle. The mats are not and they were $70 a piece for the front two and $125 for the back seat. I was told tough shit, the car is in Oregon which is a lie because I talked to my finance company.
