Look out for this company. They don't have a competent staff of drafters, because they go through a high turnover rate with whatever personnel they can keep for more than a month. As a consequence, their shop drawings are often incomplete and filled with errors which are costly in the field. Their project manager is an Argentinian who can barely speak English, and he often takes on more work than this company can handle, given their personnel issues. The workers in the shop often rely on nothing more than simple last minute sketches to assemble high end cabinet work. The project manager often does not return client and consultant calls until days later. When he does he lets them know that the company will no be able to fulfill the contract. The owner is aloof about the progress of the projects, and is often lied to by the project manager. The owner tries to plug in the holes on autocad left by the high turn over rate with his staff, but he is partly computer illiterate. He often makes wrong assumptions about the software and the drawings, and he is a horrible judge of character. He only knows how to send files to the cnc machine. Their project files are disorganized and they don't even have an autocad standard for their drawings. The project manager does not even know where important autocad files are located. Out of three recent critically late projects they installed, only one turned out well. This occurs because the project manager is a horrible manager of time and person
