We hired Brad to build a garage last May 2023. It is now September 2024 and he has taken money from us and all we have is a foundation and cement floor. The work that was actually done on our garage was all done by cheap Amish labor, shoddy to say the least. Our yard is a mess and he has effectively abandoned our project. He has money from us we gave as a deposit and we are stuck with a disaster area in our yard. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, he will promise the world and give you a good price but when he takes your money you are screwed just like us.
