I used this Dry cleaners for over a year and last week I picked up my shirt and there was a hole in the back from one of their machines. They won't take responsibility and they lied and said it must have been that way, any Man knows to look at his shirt before he drops it off to check for stains to let them know as I do weekly. So it is impossible to miss a big hole up by the tag on the back of the shirt. I can't even image how I could have gotten a hole like that except if someone hung me and my shirt from a meat hook, lol. So it is simple common sense that they ruined my shirt and now I will share my story with as many people as possible. They are nice until they mess up and deny deny deny. Sadly they lost a loyal customer as we all mess up and they could have said sorry and tried to fix shirt or offered to replace the dress shirt or some kind of accountability. Sad. now I am in search of an Honest Dry cleaners
