I am very disappointed with the experience I've had with this company. I had my exhaust done on my truck 5 months ago and I was not happy with the result. I have been trying ever since to get him to fix it and he makes one excuse after another and just can't seem to get to fixing it. First he forgot to order the parts, then he said he ordered them but they were on back order,,, another month goes by and I have an appointment to get the work done and the day before I call to confirm and he says he forgot and he is getting married so he will be out of town,, then the next time he says he's not going to work that day,, Today I had an appointment at 11am,,, I drove almost 60 miles to town and he doesn't show up,,,,,, he wont answer his phone,, I send him text messages,,, no response.,,,, 4 months and he has not called me one singe time, all of our communication has been initiated by me and he still has not fixed my truck. Shady business practices.
