I bought a fridge, washer, and dryer from Glendale Scratch and Dent but the fridge leaked. After trying unsuccessfully to get it repaired for three weeks through Scratch and Dent, I got a call from the manager here at Sun Cites Appliance. She assured me she would get a technician out the next day, but when I tried to ask about compensation for the water bill that had racked up for 3 weeks of water gushing, she interrupted me 3 times. When I was finally able to ask my question, she informed me that's what renter's insurance is for and hung up on me. Needless to say, the promised technician never showed up and my calls were never returned. I finally got my boyfriend's dad to fix my fridge.
