Really unprofessional and disorganized business. Tommy was professional and trying to make good on his promises but his dad Dave was horrible. Tried bullying me multiple times that it wasnt their mistake and tried to charge for every little thing that Tommy previously said they would take care of. Screwed up a rear window regulator fix. Took them 3 times to fix it and ended up charging me more than a dealership all said and done. Misdiagnosed wheel bearing road noise for rear brakes. I even told them it sounded like a bearing. After paying $600 in unnecessary cost was told the brakes needed to be replaced anyway but they would work something out on it and to bring it back in. After wasting yet another day of dropping off the car was then told the tires were causing all of the noise and that they were too aggressive of tread and too large for my vehicle. They are the factory size and top of the line Michelins with 7500 miles on them, regularly rotated and wheel alignments done. Went to 4 places all said it was likely a wheel bearing. Was told by Tommy to bring
wheel bearing to do it at their cost and that it was likely the front left. Dropped the car off again only be to called and grilled by Dave about why it was there and that they are going to charge me blah blah they dont warranty parts they dont install... Well you installed parts that didnt need to be replaced so... Made up some song and dance that the lower balls joints were too bad to change my wheel bearing thumbsdown
