Response to the previous post.. It is not Russell Properties duty to repair a door when your boyfriend breaks into the house. It is not for us to pay for an expense that you or your boyfriend damaged. everyone wants to use the race card when they do not want to pay their rent and they get evicted as Ashley did. Russel properties is very unorganized and racist . The manager Kerry (A man) is very rude and disrespectful. Doesn’t know how to fix anything on time after our house was broken into it took 2 weeks for my lose door to finally get looked at (not even fixed then ) . Witnessed a lot of discrimination to the non Caucasian tenants. And please Don’t have any form of emergencies, the neighbors even the people who live across the street will file a complaint and (Kerry) will definitely file a eviction if any race other than Caucasian is late or have noise complaints. (Witnessed multiple times)
