Incline Consultants are very poor at managing property

I would highly recommend staying away from Fran Diggs and her company. Fran has managed to offend the majority of our hoa with her bad attitude and abrasive personality. When problems arise with our HOA she dismisses them. We have a problem with our board president. Knowing that he was opening someone else's mail, our board president opened an HOA members mortgage papers and disclosed this information to others. Fran dismissed this as, "A problem with the post office." According to my attorney this is a Criminal Act and Illegal. She also doesn't seem to know that there is a fine line with 'protecting a corporation' and Illegal invasion of privacy. Our board president thinks he can look in other Hoa members garages and make up situations in order to inspect others' property. Fran, also, dismissed his actions as ok. I became paralyzed and had to have help by my mother at our last board mtg. Two days later a notice was sent with a new rule that we need to give notice if anyone else will be attending the board mtg. At that point, the board will decide if that person is allowed. This was specifically aimed at me as we had no bylaw that previously addressed this. I am legally disabled and need constant care. I consider this discrimination of a disabled person by our management and board. Make sure you have a lawyer as you will need one when dealing with Fran and her company.
