Me and a friend purchased barrels for our husband for Christmas 2019 they where bought at a holiday event in November and it is March 2020 and no one will get back with either of us we have called, email and text with no reply. They took our money and we have not heard from them since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst customer service experience ever. Sold me a barrel with two holes in it. Contacted them for a replacement per their warranty on their website. 3 months later, I still have no replacement or refund. They hide behind their auto email reply. Avoid spending your hard earned money here.

By far the worst company to deal with. I placed an order in August that I didn't need until May/June of this year and now when I want to finalize it they won't get back to me. You cannot get a hold of them by phone or email. I put half down at the time I placed my ordered and it looks like I got scammed. I even got the owner phone and still am unable to get a hold of them. They know how to talk the talk but not walk the walk.
