Me and a friend purchased barrels for our husband for Christmas 2019 they where bought at a holiday event in November and it is March 2020 and no one will get back with either of us we have called, email and text with no reply. They took our money and we have not heard from them since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst customer service experience ever. Sold me a barrel with two holes in it. Contacted them for a replacement per their warranty on their website. 3 months later, I still have no replacement or refund. They hide behind their auto email reply. Avoid spending your hard earned money here.

By far the worst company to deal with. I placed an order in August that I didn't need until May/June of this year and now when I want to finalize it they won't get back to me. You cannot get a hold of them by phone or email. I put half down at the time I placed my ordered and it looks like I got scammed. I even got the owner phone and still am unable to get a hold of them. They know how to talk the talk but not walk the walk.

Terrible Company. We purchased a barrelhead sign for a family member as a house warming gift on Sept 2 at the State Fair. We were informed it would ship in weeks. Weeks came and went and no barrel had sign arrived. We tried calling the company. However, you will be greeted only with a voicemail message that says they are too busy making products to answer the phone. We sent emails with no response. It was not until we made a google review that we received a response which consisted of excuses. "Their laser was broken and they were behind in shipping." No product arrived and excuses continued. "We received a bad shipment of barrel heads. Fall turned to winter with no product. Our housewarming gift turned into a Christmas gift. When it finally arrived near the end of December, it arrived both cracked and warped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have given the barrels to several of my friends and they all love the barrels. Great quality product, fun conversation piece and we enjoy the aging results!
